Your tracking number is usually sent to you via email or SMS confirmation once your shipment has been processed. You can also find it printed on the shipping receipt or airway bill provided at the time of booking.

Tracking updates occur when your parcel is scanned at various sorting facilities or hubs. Sometimes, there might be a gap in scans during long-distance transit. If your status hasn't updated for more than 48 hours, please feel free to contact our support team for assistance.
